Well, Knaak was on the WoW Radio IRC channel answering questions. All my questions were answered, I'll link the transcript when it comes out, which it is supposed to be on the blizzard page.
He writes a lot of novels in the Blizzard universes. He has written about 4 books in the Warcraft universe, and he was in IRC for an interview about his new Diablo novel.
